Damaged TV
If your TV has suffered physical damage, it usually means that the entire screen needs to be replaced. Replacing the screen is extremely expensive and can cost up to 90% of the price of a new TV!
However, some TV brands offer an open cell replacement part, which means that only the glass on the front of the screen is replaced. This can often be slightly cheaper than replacing the entire screen.
We therefore recommend that you use your home insurance to cover these costs.
