If your TV has suffered physical damage, it usually means that the entire screen needs to be replaced. Replacing the screen is extremely expensive and the costs can reach 90% of the price of a new TV!

However, some TV brands provide a so-called open cell as a spare part, which means that only the glass on the front of the display is replaced. This can often be somewhat cheaper than replacing the entire screen.

We therefore recommend that you use your home insurance to cover these costs.
