PRODUCT/INSTALLATION ERROR REPORTING

This error report applies to those of you who have problems receiving your channels, experience other problems with your equipment, or have special requests. A technician will review your request and assess whether a repair or installation is needed. You will then receive a quote estimating the cost of any repair or installation, including spare parts.

If you would like online technical assistance, please check the box for "Online Technical Assistance". This service costs SEK 200 for a 15-minute session.
