No signal on the antenna socket
If you're having trouble getting your channels, whether you have your own antenna on the roof or live in an apartment with a fixed cable provider, there could be several possible reasons. We always recommend that you first test with a new antenna cable and, if possible, test the signal on another TV. We can offer signal troubleshooting as part of our service.
